Azerbaijani deputy foreign minister Khalaf Khalafov told APA the proposals on this issue are being considered at present.
"We are not having five-sided negotiations for the time being. We think this can be considered in the frames of the elements on security issues in the draft convention on the legal status of the Caspian Sea," the deputy foreign minister said.
Mr.Khalafov also said there is no problem with Iran concerning oil fields in the Caspian Sea stressing that most issues have been coordinated with Tehran, "Some issues regarding this still remain open. They will be reconsidered during the meeting to be held by the end of the year."
