PACE rapporteurs due in fall

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) co-rapporteurs on Azerbaijan Tony Lloyd and Andres Herkel are due to arrive in Baku in fall to conduct monitoring of the country’s commitments before the organization.

"The visit is scheduled for late October-early November. We are currently discussing this with Tony Lloyd," Herkel told Radio Liberty.

The rapproteurs are expected to submit a comprehensive report based on their observations to the next spring session of the Assembly, Assa-Irada informs.
