Omani Foreign undersecretary heads to Baku

Omani Foreign Ministry Undersecretary, Badr bin Hamad bin Mahmoud Al Bousaeedi, left Muscat on Friday heading to Azerbaijan to head his country's delegation to the 33rd Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) member states, to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan on 19-21 of the current month.

According to BNA, the conference will discuss political and economic issues in OIC-member sates, topped by the Palestinian cause, Israeli-Arab conflict, the situation in Iraq, Darfur and Somalia in addition to the peaceful use of nuclear energy and economic cooperation between the Islamic states.
