OIC head urges Armenia to free Azeri territories

"Armenia is an aggressor and the occupied territories must be liberated unconditionally," Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, told the press during his official visit to Russia.

According to AssA-Irada, Ihsanoglu said the ICO backs the ongoing talks on settling the Upper (Nagorno) Garabagh conflict with the OSCE Minsk Group's mediation, which means the group adheres to a negotiated settlement.
