Constitutional Court to ratify repeat parliamentary elections results

The Court will hold a meeting attended by the Central Election Commission members on that day. The Constitution Court told APA that the court is investigating the final protocol submitted by the CEC on 27 May.

According to the final protocol the elected candidates on ten constituencies are: Rafail Jabrayilov on Binagadi ConEC #9, Ahmad Valiyev on Surakhani ConEC 2 #31, Asef Hajiyev on Nizami (Ganja) ConEC #38, Majid Karimov ConEC on Sumgayit ConEC 2 #42, Baba Taghiyev on Sumgayit-Absheron ConEC #44, Fazail Ibrahimli on Jalilabad-Masalli-Bilasuvar ConEC #69, Rafig Mammadhasanov on Gadabay ConEC #103, Ilyas Ismayilov on Tovuz-Gazakh-Aghstafa- ConEC #106, Hikmat Atayev on Zagatala ConEC #110 and Bakhtiyar Sadigov on Aghdam village ConEC #119.
