Heads of CIS, OSCE observation missions meet in Baku

According to AssA-Irada, Head of the OSCE election observation mission, Gerd Ahrens, praised the conduct of the poll, saying the mistakes made during the November 6, 2005 elections were not repeated this time, his CIS counterpart Vladimir Gorkun said after the meeting.

"We are amazed at something else. When we met after the previous election, he welcomed its conduct. But then our reports varied," he said, expressing hope this will not be the case this time.
