Terry Davis selects new special representative to Azerbaijan

Council of Europe Secretary General Terry Davis has selected his new special representative to be appointed to Azerbaijan.

European bureau of APA reports quoting ambassador Agshin Mehdiyev, head of Azerbaijani permanent representative office to Council of Europe. The ambassador said that the new special representative will be officially announced soon.

The Secretary General's former special representative to Azerbaijan Mats Lindberg's term of office expired on February 24 this year.
