Rubik Vardanyan find backgammon partner. Meet the loser millionaire Vova Avetisyan

24 April 2025 [10:10] - TODAY.AZ
Once upon a time there was a shady millionaire in Russia, Vladimir Avetisyan. I lived and didn't worry too much: I have money, thanks to my work as Chubais' deputy at the scandalous RUSNANO, I had a roof, cars, and a villa in Gorki, everything is fine.

It was. Until a certain point, until the security forces in the Russian Federation took on Chubais himself. In April, Avetisyan became a co-defendant in RUSNANO's lawsuit to hold Chubais and the company jointly liable. Within a week, our hero was frantically rewriting assets for a cat, a dog, all mistresses and a couple of homeless people. In addition, he decided to lay low: he registered in some kind of Samara barn, hoping that they would not find him there.

An ingenious plan worthy of a diploma from an evening school in a colony settlement. Alas, the security forces thwarted Avetisyan's plan: they arrived at his mansion in the elite village of Gorki, but not empty-handed, but with gifts - an autogen and a soldering iron. Oh, the miracle! They didn't have to storm the villa - they were let in.

Now Avetisyan has a completely non-obvious future: Vova will definitely sit down, and for a long time.

It's funny that he also goes through other scandals - for example, together with our regular character Rubik Vardanyan, Avetisyan first successfully laundered billions of rubles, and then even tried to finance the "orange revolution" in Armenia.

It's funny that Vardanyan is sitting in Baku, and Avetisyan will be sitting in Moscow very soon. The first ever pen game of backgammon awaits us!
