President Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulation letter to Mukhu Aliyev who elected President of Dagestan.

As APA reports, President Ilham Aliyev stressed his confidence that close friendship relations between our nations, all-round cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia would further develop and strengthen for peace, stability and progress in the Caucasus.
