"?zerbaijan is an independent state and if the Ministry is to be set up, there is need and interest in it. As you know, Azerbaijan and Armenia are in the state of war during a long period of time and such Ministry meets today's demands. I think, not only with the Russian Federation, but with all countries we can discuss these issues for developing the defense industry, its technological base, procurement. Russia is our neighbouring country and it is not excluded from the issue," Abbasov said, Trend reports.
