The national anthems of Azerbaijan and Lithuania were played.

The Lithuanian delegation was introduced to the Azerbaijani President and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, while members of the Azerbaijani delegation were introduced to the Lithuanian President and his spouse Diana Naus?dien?.
