Arrested "Karabakh Partisans" appeal to Pardon Commission

Committee for Rights Defense of "Karabakh Partisans" told that they have appealed to Pardon Commission under auspicious of the President individually.

As APA reports, the request was met by the commission.

Two of "Karabakh Partisans" were released by the latest Pardon Decree of the President.
