President replaced head of executive power of Dashkesen

President Ilham Aliyev gave an order on dismissal of Fakhraddin Jabbarov, head of the executive power of Dashkesen region. The President's press service informed APA that, Tahir Karimov was appointed to this post under another order of the President.
