Turkish Ambassador: "Turkey backs diplomatic solution to the conflict situations"

"Ankara supports the diplomatic solution to conflict situations," Turan Moraly, the Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan, told journalists. He was commenting on the situation around nuclear programs in Iran.

"Iran is our neighbor and the armed resolution of the problem is unacceptable for Turkey. We will not allow the use of Turkey"s territory for military purposes directed against Tehran," Moraly underlined.

The diplomat noted that Iran itself should be interested in the transparency of nuclear programs in order to prove the peace purpose of its efforts, Trend informs.
