Samad Seyidov: "Most probably Leo Platvoet will lead the Council of Europe observation mission in re-elections"

Samad Seyidov, head of Azerbaijani delegation to Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe stated that, the first meeting of the Monitoring Committee after the winter session would be held in early March. The issue on observing the re-elections will be reviewed in the sitting: "The re-elections are continuation of the 6 November parlaiemntary elections. The previous head of the mission Leo Platvoet is much likely to lead the observation mission for the re-elections."
