Akif Muradverdiyev's appeal rejected

In his appeal Muradverdiyev requested to annul the sentence by the Nasimi district court and change improsonment in his regard. He explained his request with the state of his health, Trend reports.

Nevertheless, the court regarded the sentence by the Nasimi district court in regard to defendant as right due to non-completion of investigation. As to health problem, Muradverdiyev regularly passes medical control and his state allows keeping him under custody.
