Investigation is conducted on 17 ex-candidates in Election Constituencies in Ganja

7 candidates of Nizami (Ganja) Election Constituency (EC) I #37 couldn't gain more than 3% votes in November 6 parliamentary elections and didn't repay AZM 1 million they had received from the state budget, so Constituency Election Commission (ConEC) took them to the Court.

As APA reports, the complaint is considered in Nizami Court. Analogical appeals were also filed to court by Kapaz (Ganja) I #39 and Kapaz (Ganja) II# 40 EC. Investigation is conducted in the connection with 6 candidates from EC #39 and 4 candidates from EC #40.

In general, appeals on 17 ex-candidates were filed to courts by Election Constituencies in Ganja. Because the results were annulled in Nizami (Ganja) II EC, reelections will be held there.
