Ilham Aliyev received Ukraine National Security and Defense Secretary

Bilateral relations have been discussed at the meeting, Trend reports.

The head of the state, having underlined development of the Azerbaijani-Ukrainian relations noted the sides cooperate actively also within international organizations. President Aliyev voiced hope for further expansion of the bilateral cooperation.

Kinakh, in his turn, noted successful development of links between the states stressing increase of the trade turnover in 2005 between Azerbaijan and Ukraine.
