Polad Byul-Byuloglu was appointed Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia

Polad Byul-Byuloglu was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Russia. The decree of it has been signed by the president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today, Trend reports. In regard to his appointment Polad Byul-Byulbuloglu was given the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

By another decree, president Ilham Aliyev discharged Polad Byul-Byulbuloglu from the position of the Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan.
