Azerbaijan appoints rector of Academy of Justice following presidential decree

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the appointment of Shahin Aliyev as rector of the Academy of Justice under the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry.

The decree has come into force from the date of its signing.
