PFPA of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (AR) plans to hold protest action on November 20.
Nakhchivan bureau of APA was informed by Asef Guliyev, head of the organization. A.Guliyev saying they applied to Nakhchivan City Executive Power, noted that they expect their appeal to be responded on November 18:" We shall appeal to international organizations unless they authorize to hold meeting".
