The messages have been sent to the customers of "Azercell" and "Bakcell" companies from 050 204 55 89, 055 749 39 91 and other numbers. When someone calls back to these numbers they are being said that the message was intended for sender's acquaintances and was mistakenly delivered to a wrong person.
According to the information given to APA by Hasan Karimov, one of the representatives of "Azadliq" the message sending is coordinated by a special center and is intended for calling to a peaceful demonstration.
Ehsan Zahidov, the head of press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that since the rally is an authorized one nobody can be be accused of sending messages to his/her acquaintances to aggitate them for the demonstration.
"In this issue only the customers have right to complaint," said Zahidov.
