Even close relatives do not know where Rasul Guliev is

While talking to the representative of APA, his close relative Famil Guliyev who is presently in London noted that he saw R.Guliev for the last time a week ago. He neither met R.Guliyev ever since nor could get any information about him.

The deputy of the DPA, Sardar Jalaloglu said that he is also unaware of Rasul Guliev's state of being. Jalaloglu saying he has no information if R.Guliyev is in Europe or in the US noted that he has not contacted him recently.
