Sardar Jalaloglu comments Rasul Guliev's second attempt to arrive in Azerbaijan

Jalaloglu said that Guliyev is perfectly informed about the processes in the country: "To tell the truth, Rasul Guliyev’s return to the country must be associated with a personal decision rather than a political decision since the matter concerns destiny of a person, not a political perspective. No legal situation exists in the country and all works are implemented in accordance with instructions from some persons. That is why the risk is great. Personally I can not assume this risk".

"Some want us to express attitude to this issue, however, this issue does not depend on us. This depends on Rasul Guliyev," Jalalogly said. The vice-chairman noted that: "Last time when the date of R.Guliyev’s return was announced hundreds of people were arrested. This time another way is chosen: he will get on a board of a plane and inform the government about his returning beforehand. Then he will arrive in the country and if necessary, he can even be arrested".
