During elections old USSR passports and forms #9 will be allowed to be used for identity verification

The Central Election Commission's secretary Vidadi Mahmudlu presented at Tuesday sitting of the CEC the list of documents verifying identities of the citizens and non-citizens of Azerbaijan Republic having right to vote.

He stated that, the CEC added the USSR passport and form #9 into the list of documents required for participating in the voting, taking into consideration that not all of the voters have been provided with identity cards yet. The CEC made changes to the composition of some election commissions and investigated the appeals addressed to the CEC.
