Rasul Guliev announced when he plans to arrive again in Baku

«My return to Baku will happen in the period between 31 of October and 3 of November», informed Rasul Guliev our correspondent who has contacted Guliev over his phone today.

Guliev said that these dates were announced today at the meeting of the National Committee on the Return of ex-speaker. However the leader of the Democratic Party refused to pin point the date of the arrival and to tell where he will fly from.
