Guliev's extradition gambling drags on

A new fragment to the Guliev’s extradition puzzle added this evening the Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Yuri Lucenko who is now paying official visit to Estonia. During the live broadcast he told Ukrainian Channel Five that the farther faith of Rasul Guliev is an issue of the Ukrainian General Prosecutor Office because it falls into their competence.

Minister highlighted the fact that even though in such issues the ministry’s consent required it is General Prosecutor who makes the final decision. This fact adds some spice in the situation since the post of the General Prosector is still vacant after scandalous demission of Svatoslav Piskun.
