Armenian NGOs intend to observe the elections

APA was informed by secretary of the Central Election Commission Vidadi Mahmudlu.

Calling such intention of NGOs as the next provocation of Yerevan, Vidadi Mahmudlu stated that Azerbaijan will prevent the realization such attempts.

The CEC secretary also noted that, the appeal of the CEC to the international organizations regarding the preparation of voter’s list in Khankendi constituency election commission has not been responded yet: “Parliamentary elections will be held in Khankendi constituency. It is unambiguous. But, it is not known exactly whether Armenians will participate in the elections. Therefore, elections might not be held in that constituency”.
