Elmar Mammadyarov to make a speech in the meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council on September 6

APA was informed about it from the OSCE Baku office. The ministers of foreign affairs of Serbia and Montenegro and Azerbaijan are intended to make their speeches in the meetings.

The minister of foreign affairs Elmar Mammadyarov will begin his speech in the OSCE Permanent Council at 19:30 pm Baku time. Media representatives were also invited to the meeting to be held in the Neyer Saal. Elmar Mammadyarov will answer questions of the members of the OSCE Permanent Council and media representatives after his speech.
