USA Embassy announced the name of the company to hold exit-poll in the elections

According to the information given to APA from the USA Embassy in Azerbaijan, The US Agency of International Development signed a project contract with PA Government Services Company for holding exit-poll in about half of the all polling stations of Azerbaijan for the purpose of supporting the commitments of the government of Azerbaijan on holding parliamentary elections that meet the citizens’ expectations and international election norms. The initial results of the exit-poll will be announced on the night of the Election Day.

PA Government Services Company will train local pollsters, establish computer and account system in-cooperation with the partner and this will provide the local organization to further apply exit-poll. PA Government Services is well-known consulting firm which implemented projects in a number of regions, including the Caucasus, Middle Asia, Afghanistan, and Africa.

Exit-poll is a part of the multisided and regular efforts of the USA Government directed to supporting development of civil society, democratization, free and fair elections in Azerbaijan.
