Robert Kocharyan: “I‘ve never given reason to guess on changes in Armenia’s position on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict solution”

Touching upon the recent meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents, Kocharian noted that his general impression on the meeting was positive. “The negotiations have positive tendencies,” he added.

According to Kocharian, Nagorno-Karabakh indirectly participates in the settlement process, as he holds serious discussions with the President of Nagorno- Karabakh before and after the meetings on settlement of the conflict.
