Meanwhile the Spokesman for the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutes and Human Rights, Urdur Gunarsdottir, said that the OSCE ODIHR still hopes in the implementation of the previous recommendations given to the Azerbaijani government. «The OSCE attentively observes the developments», Gunnarsdottir said.

He once more called the government to adopt the recommendation on marking the electors’ figures with ink

Gunnarsdottir said that many countries use ink in the elections experience. The only objective is to increase the public trust in the elections process and prevent the possibilities for repeated voting.
