28 July 2005 [09:12] - TODAY.AZ
“The situation on internal and external security of Armenia is non-stable. There a lot of unresolved problems in this field”.
Director of National and Strategic Investigations Center of Armenia Karapet Kalenchyan told in the meeting held in Yerevan today (APA). Political secretary of Union of Social Forces Ashot Manucharyan stressed that there are some nuances causing concern regarding the national security:” The people is in full poverty, finance is appropriated by the entrepreneurs who are building houses for themselves, buying expensive cars but doing nothing for the society. The authority should comprehend that, the internal and external problems of Armenian can be solved by mobilizing all the forces only”.

“Armenia can face several dangers from abroad today. Especially, Baku-Tbilisi-Ankara strategic bloc is a serious danger for us”- professor of faculty of international relations and politics of Yerevan State University Aram Arutunyan told.

He considers that, Armenian Diaspora’s attempts of intensifying introducing the so-called “Genocide of Armenia” on an international level, tense situation in Georgian-Russian relations can be shown as external dangers.
