Ombudsman addresses int’l organizations via video message in connection with Armenia’s aggression against Azerbaijan

Azerbaijani Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) Sabina Aliyeva appealed to international organizations and countries in connection with the casualties and destruction as a result of the ongoing aggression of the Armenian armed forces against Azerbaijan.
