Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh with permanent members of the Russian Security Council at an operational meeting on Oct. 9, Trend reports with reference to TASS.

"We will, of course, discuss the developments very close to our border, including in the South Caucasus.," Putin said.
