Murtuz Aleskerov met with OSCE observation mission

According to the information given to APA from Milli Majlis, stating that there is close cooperation between the Azerbaijan and OSCE, Murtuz Aleskerov stressed that Mili Majlis is cooperating with the organization in different spheres as well as in the implementation of draft laws on election matters. Stating that that country is on eve of the parliamentary elections, M.Aleskerov said of the advice of the Venice Commission on Election Code to be discussed in Milli Majlis.

Expressing his gratitude for the reception, Gerald Mitchell said the main goal of his visit to learn the situation on the preparation to the election. Stating that the OSCE had opportunities for observing the different elections held in Azerbaijani before, Gerald Mitchell underlined that they will make out a report as a result of their meetings held in Baku.
