Elmar Mammadyarov: "Unconditional liberation of occupied territories to be first condition for conflict settlement"

The first required condition for the conflict settlement is unconditional liberation of occupied territories around the Nagorno Karabakh, returning of people, driven out from these areas, to their native lands.
The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov stated at the meeting with the European Union South Caucasus special envoy, Heikki Talvitie and the delegation headed by him, according to the FM press-centre, Trend reports.
