Serious personnel reforms in Court system of Azerbaijan will be made

APA has been told these words by Fuad Alasgarov, chief of department on law defence organs of the President's Office.

The department chief stated that, at present process is going on evaluating the works of judges who are in power. Besides it, in regard with preparation to parliamentary elections, works are ongoing within the adoption of series of normative juridical deed.

According to F.Alasgarov's words, Court Right Council investigates the activities of judges in power: "In the last meeting of the Council some judges were punished. These measures will be continued and court system will be free off corruption".
