Elmar Mammadyarov:"Nagorno Karabagh regime will join talks process sooner or later"

These were told by the Minister for Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammedyarov in his talk with the journalists while expressing opinion to the news spread about joining of  Nagorno Karabagh to the process of talks.

The minister stressed the impossibility of taking any steps without the participation of the Armenian community of the Nagorno Karabagh:"Experts and specialists will hold discussions for the solution of the problem together after Azerbaijan achieves some results in the talks with Armenia"
