U.S. Department welcomes pardoning 114 people

Carlos Aranaga, representative of the State Department press service, noted that Decree by the Azerbaijani President is an important step for the open political dialog on the eve of parliamentarian elections that will be held in November.

He said: “ We are urged the Azerbaijani government to continues an efforts for development democracy and stability through providing the political dialog, freedom of assembly and press and execution of the election law.”
