PACE rapporteurs advised to eliminate court problems in Azerbaijan

This concern was raised in the meeting of Andreas Gross and Andres Herkel, the Parliament Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) rapporteurs with Farhad Abdullayev, the chairman of the Azerbaijani Constitution Court (CC) on February 11.

Abdullayev acquainted the guests with the complaints to the CC and adoption of the legal acts, directed to the improvement of the court system in the country, also about the law 'On the Court-Law Council', which was enacted into law. (Trend)
