Idle standing carriages grew in Azeri-Georgian border

The number of carriages standing idle in the border with Georgia due to the final destination has grown.
Nadir Azmammadov, the spokesman for the Azerbaijan State Railway Department (ASRD) told Trend 711 carriages stood idle in the border currently. 276 carriages are full of diesel fuel, 343 - grains, 51 - stove fuel, 32 - liquefied gas from Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Central Asia.  

Azmammadov noted that employees of the State Customs Committee were involved in the relevant examination. The carriages with diesel and stove fuel, as well as liquefied gas stood idle since the beginning of examination.

The passage of some transit cargo to Georgia was ceased in connection with the investigation by Azerbaijan into the facts of their further delivery of facts to Armenia. The Azerbaijani government will analyze the information collected.
