Ilham Aliyev appoints new head to foreign policy department of presidential administration

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order appointing Hikmet Hajiyev as head of the foreign policy department of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration.

The order comes into force from the date of its signing.
