Baku to further mull border demarcation with Russia, Georgia

Azerbaijan plans to hold meetings of the state border demarcation commissions with Russia and Georgia in the first half of 2017, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov told reporters in Baku on December 27.

He said that Azerbaijan regularly holds working meetings with representatives of both countries.

“It is a long process and it is necessary to shape a contractual and regulatory framework,” Khalafov said.
