Ilham Aliyev appoints new chief to Shahbuz executive power

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree dismissing Nuraddin Guliyev as the chief of executive power of Shahbuz district of Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

By another decree, the Azerbaijani president appointed Rafael Babayev the chief of executive power of the Shahbuz district.
