Pope Francis ends visit to Azerbaijan

Pope Francis has ended his official visit to Azerbaijan.

A guard of honor was arranged for the Pope at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport decorated with the flags of Azerbaijan and the Holy See.

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Pope Francis was seen off by Azerbaijan’s First Deputy Prime Minister Yaqub Eyyubov, Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov and other officials.
