President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan has hosted a reception for high-level guests attending the World Humanitarian Summit in Istanbul.


President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva attended the reception, which was held at Dolmabahce Palace.
