West and Europe have no values – Azerbaijani top official

Apparently, while incessantly highlighting universal values, the West and Europe have no remaining values whatsoever, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration’s foreign relations department tweeted Sept. 15.

“Based on self-interests, they are expanding these processes in different shape, content and direction,” Mammadov wrote. “That’s how public opinion is shaped.”

Mammadov wrote that the countries with solid resources for accessing international scene have monopolized the processes.

“Some European nations believe that all the countries have obligations to them, but they have none of their own,” he wrote.
