President Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on Sept. 10 has received a delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dacic.

The head of state expressed his satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Serbia. President Ilham Aliyev voiced his confidence that Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic's visit to Azerbaijan would contribute to the expansion of cooperation between the two countries even further.

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic said it was his first visit to Azerbaijan as Foreign Minister. The Minister noted that there was a mutual interest in raising the ties between the friendly countries and peoples to a higher level. Ivica Dacic said his country was interested in developing relations with Azerbaijan in cultural, humanitarian and other fields such as political and economic areas.
