Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,

I have been deeply saddened by the news of the loss of life in a plane crash in the Kazan airport.
On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf I express my sincere condolences to you, the families and relatives of the dead, and to the entire Russian people.
